Cartrack after service Fail

What a useless company. Had a device installed as a insurance requirement. It drained my new battery in less than 2 months. They will not send a technician out to check their device, I have take the vehicle to an auto electrician 1st to confirm its their device and buy a new battery, then they will consider sending out a technician. BTW its a Porsche - auto electrician assessment cost at my expense.
