Cartrack after service

Our business installed new cartrack units. 2 of our trucks were done wrong because now the engine lights come on. I have phones Cartrack more that 5 times and asked that someone please come and fix the units. No one from Scheduling departments comes back to us to assist in this matter. Their service is excellent when they want to put in new units but when they need to come and fix something that their technician did wrong, you have to wait 2 weeks and still no reply to when they will come out to fix it.
