Cartrack Advert Misleading

I was hijacked on the 26 June 2018. Never received a call from Cartrack in spite of them reporting via my niece an unusual movement with the car on the day and the subsequent loss of signal later in the evening. When I eventually made it through to them after repeated calls, this was the reply from the CEO "we did everything we could". To date the car has not been recovered nor have I been kept posted.
