CARTRACK ADMIN SUCKS!!!

Bad service! Cancelled my contract with Cartrack and received their cancellation letter via email Sept 2017. Beginning of January 2018 they deducted an amount R236.50 from my bank account without any contract or written agreement. I had this reversed as my account had been paid in full on 16 December 2017 with a 20% discount given by Cartrack. I am now constantly receiving messages from NBA telling me I've been handed over and I need to pay the account. I have been phoning back and forth between Cartrack and NBA but I have now had it. Something has to be done or someone has to do their job and sort this mess out and stop passing the buck!
