Cartrack admin again.
Can someone with authority cartrack please call me. Previous contract. Admin issues New contract. Bought car from dealer signed up to new cartrack contract. Fitters excellent. Then apparently bank did not work. 3 calls per day. Eventually yesterday via Thabang i made 3 months payment upfront and placed a debit myself on my account to run 28th . Paid 3 months up. Today by 0900 2 calls already. Not acceptable . We are now sorted.

10 Feb 2026, 21:31Following the promise to resolve this matter in my new contract which commenced January, today, I again recieved 3 calls today and returned them. I was told eventually by Elizabeth that I should have been advised to pay the January payment which cartrack failed to take as well as 3 further payments. Thabang advised that this should have been the case . I then made a payment if another R399 which I sent POP to accounts at 1730 today and requested confirmation by mail. At this point I am currently FIVE months ahead. At 2100 today I recieved a letter of demand threatening me.
Can someone that can resolve this call me. Disgusted for want of better.
