i installed a new system this year, and have found out that they put exstra charges on my account from my previous car for roadside assistant witch i did not approve with my new system,they now say they wont reunburt me,even that i got new system and that i did not approve,so they just add on to your account and dont care about there customers if any one wants to call me *** i will tell you more of how ******* they are
