Cartrack accounts worst service ever

I phoned cartrack for a quote we went threw all the details I only had to approve the debit order mandate which I didn't approve yet as I was still deciding if I want the contract since then I've been harrased with phone calls in the night on Sundays apparently I owe R130 for something I didn't approve tried to cancel whatever it is I don't even have anything installed they tried so many times to pull of the account that there was no money in that Fnb closed account.I blocked all there numbers still getting emails Previously I had cartrack where my contracts was over so I cancelled them still I they debit my account which I reversed then they took me to the lawyers forced me to pay the amount .I had to close that account because kept on debiting the account had to pay so many banking fees for all the bouncing debit orders
