Cartrack Accounts Department sucks and do not know how to do their job!

As much as your service is on point (and i have no complaints on that), your accounts department sucks and is annoying. My account is NOT in arrears (in fact i have a credit balance), yet i get daily calls harassing me. On top of that i get additional calls from your people wanting me to become a client although i am a freaking customer already. I find that unprofessional and annoying and it drives me up the wall! Sort yourself out and do your homework before freaking annoying people!
