Cartrack accounts department not great

Mxolisi Gule was very helpful when I wasn't able to get hold of my debtors' controller. He sent me an invoice right away but unfortunately, I needed an updated invoice, not one I had already paid.... I have tried calling accounts several times but, even after leaving messages, I have not been able to reach my accounts person. How ridiculous that I have to run after someone so that I can pay their invoice. Also is there a problem with their phones? No one calls back nor answers the phones.
