Cartrack a waste of money and time

Cartrack is the worst service provider you can ever trust ! I would never ever recommend them to anyone in my life . I had an issue with cartrack for a faulty unit. They disconnected it on my request to confirm a faulty unit draining my battery. After disconnecting the unit the fault was gone . I then told them the issue is the unit and waited 5 months for them to sort the issue out(keep in mind I still paid for that 5months with no active unit) after that period they eventually came to do the repair and it was supposedly active again. Few weeks went by and my battery was ****** . No call from them saying my battery was disconnected until I noticed it was gone . I then replaced the battery and called them to test my unit. The agent told me it's not loading he"ll call me back once it loads (wth) If my car gets ****** you will call me back to tell me where my car is ? Honestly a waste of time. Cartrack is honestly the worst company I have ever trusted to do anything. Worst service . I do not recommend them to anyone
