Cartrack a *******

I'm so upset I was hijacked on 17/Aug/2020 since from then I have never had any information from them regarding my car when I took the policy with them the consultant told me about the R150 000 if my car is not recovered it has passed 40 days now but no payment I went to their offices today ND now I'm told that I'm not covered for the recovery warranty like how am I not covered after the agent told me I'm covered Cartrack is playing games with their clients they are not trustworthy in waiting for them to send me my recordings of when I took the cover with them so I can escalate this matter with my lawyers cause this is not fair at all.
