Cartrack - a huge disappointment

"Cartrack" This service provider is such a huge disappointment. I have been calling their offices for the last 50 days to complain about my device that has been inactive for the last 80 days but to no avail. It's always we'll have to send out a technician " but the technician is like Santa i am yet to see him. The device now falls outside the warranty period and they are now requesting a R600 call out fee. Lol what a joke.
