Cartrack

After having bought a car from NTT Honda Newcastle, cartrack is threatening me with legal action and black listing for a tracking device that they and the dealership fit on the car. I did not request the device nor have i been in contact with them for any business whatsoever. Seems to me that they are partnering with dealerships to force unsuspecting clients into getting their service. My insurance already included tracking device with Netstar who i would highly recommend. Been trying to speak to the car sales consultant Madela at NTT and the Ombuds but still waiting for ever. Very ******* way of doing business. i will see you in court if you ever blacklist my details.
