Cartrack

Last year on the 09 November 21 I was hijacked and kidnapped for four hours in Ranfontein, as soon as I get to the police station I informed cartrack about my incident. I received a call from them on the 10 November 21 saying they saw my around the Protea and Maponya mall, I made several calls asking about the recovery money and or benefit during the first two weeks of the incident, they said I am not qualified for the recovery money, my response was that I do qualify the last answer I must wait for their recovery team to inform me that they are done with searching my car and I asked them I how long that I should wait they said I must wait until today I never received any feedback from them. Suprisely this year I was informed that I will not get the recovery money because I didn't submit the claim with in 30 days of the incident but I told them it's them they said I must wait for the recovery team to conclude searching my car and up to date they didn't give me any feedback. Now I need your help because made attempt to claim the recovery money but I was told to wait for the recovery money to conclude
