CARTRack -

Asked Cartrack to remove a tracker from my Jetta 4 and install in a newly purchaced vehicle. The jetta was unfortunately sold to a third party and unavailable for removal. I did not get a message from CARTRACK removal team. CARTRAC billed me for the R870.00 for removal and refitment, without it being executted. I received a SMS that i am in the rear for this amount, a legal summons was submitted for this. (Less than a month after the work would have been executed!) I suggest you stay far away from this company. I phoned their help desk which transferred me three times. The lady at accounts refused to reverse this amount. I will see them in court!
