Cartrack ****.

I feel like cartrack is taking my mother for a ride. In 2022 she took a contract with cartrack under the impression that its a year contract. In 2023 she called in February to cancel the contract and she was told her contact was 24 months ending in 2024, ok a bit frustrated she continued with them, then 2024 February 8th came she gave them a call, to her suprise she can't cancel because her contract is now a 36months contract. Im not satisfied at all and I feel they take people for a ride.
