Cartrack 7

Yesterday I experienced the most painful and most embarrassing moment in my life that I never thought would occur to me and my family.I took my wife for a consultation with her gynaecologist at Life Brenthurst Hospital in park town.At 10am we were done but encountered problems with the car not able to start & showing an error on the dash board "steering wheel and a lock with a number 1" written on it.Called my insurance company " CAR TRACK" requesting for assistance to move the car to our residency. At 12midday a breakdown came from "DNR AUTO AND ROADSIDE CC" & he informed us that the car needs a dolly wheel since it's an automatic & cannot be put on neutral manually. He then called his boss then informed us that they will await confirmation from Car Track. We sat & waited until 4:30PM no calls nothing. We then decided to call only then we were informed by "Andrew" from their roadside assistance department that the dolly wheel is at an additional costs & they can help us call inn a technician at our expense to move the gear from parking to neutral and it's obvious that automatic car needs to have a technician on site to be able to change the gear to neutral. My question to them was why were we not informed of this the moment we called Car Track and only were informed at 5PM and how were they initially going to move the car since it'san automatic without a technician to change gears.I am soo disgusted by Car Track & their service. What makes me more angry than anything is that we are now very sick from sitting in the car from 10am till we left the car at 6:30pm and only today we managed to fetch it.I will never advise anyone to use Car Track with your most precious car even today no calls nothing from them.We are suffering from severe flue and worse I fear for my wife since she's in a fragile state and contracts serious diseases that we facing as a nation. Can these insurance companies stop sucking on people's monies and when they are needed to provide a service only then do they want to clarify their stand in assistance it's a real shame.
