Cartrack :-(

Trying to buy a new vehicle, and our friends at Cartrack is supposed to move my current unit to the new vehicle. The entire process is being delayed because of no communication, and the scheduling department is unreachable. I was phoned only to be told that they are going on lunch, and would phone me back. No calls... Won't be using them again. EVER
