Cartrack

Cartrack is not professional at all. I joined them for a while now. They promised and reassured that they’ll keep my car safe and on guard. My car was ****** 3 months ago where I work at a parking lot. Till this day it has never been recovered. There’s an agreement that you agree on when joining that if they can’t find your car there’s a reward for it. I claimed for that reward days after my car was ******. They asked for all types of documentations. I did everything they asked me to do. I submitted everything. I was told that the reward will be paid within 60 days. I’m only left with a few days now and still they haven’t paid. It’s been 3 months now. I sent an email to them asking what’s happening and I need an update. I was told that they still investigating. I waited and waited. The case was closed at the SAPS due to lack of evidence and the car can’t be found. I sent a email again after a week of getting an SMS from the SAPS stating that the case is closed. They responded as they still investigating. I kept quiet for some time. I’ve send 3 emails after that and now I’m not getting any responses from them. My emails are ignored and I’m not up to date of what is happening.

Cartrack is just a disgrace, they don’t keep their promises and they don’t meet the needs of their customers. Be careful of this company. They deduct every month. But when they have to reward your claim. They ignore you.
