Cartrack *****

Payment arrangement was on a recorded phone call. I am under dept review, and really struggle to keep up. In arrears with Cartrack. I gave them ONLY permission to debit the normal monthly fee. The balans of dept will be paid by me on EFT. I asked and the call taker agreed. It is long weekend and CARTRACK debit 23rd Sept R1600. I have now no way to reverse this ******* transaction. I don't have any money now. I get paid last day of the month. Cannot get any assistance now. I am now not able to buy food as I planned. ***** and THEFT. NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM WITH THIS USELESS PLACES. Their software is out dated as my maps was never even 50% accurate. No GOOD
