Cartrack
Cartrack is harassing me to pay for a Device that hasn't been working since 2019. They confirmed the device is not working they not not sure when it stopped working so I've been paying for a faulty device for almost 2 years. Now they threatening to blacklist me. I asked them to investigate and tell me when the device stopped working they can't instead i get 20 calls every day from cartrack. They want to collect money for a service they not providing me with. If the device is not working why are they collecting.

27 Jan 2021, 12:24This hasn't been resolved, I'm still getting 20 calls, Boitumelo CEO team phoned me and said the tracker is working my car is in Lenasia and that was a lie I have never been to Lenasia my whole life. Can cartrack just cancel everything and close this account. I've been driving my car the past almost 2years with the tracker not working anyways yet I was paying for the tracker. Please cancel everything. I'm really disappointed that cartrack took my money and no service was provided. They can't even tell me when the tracker stopped working.
