Cartrack
I thought I have installed a tracker system in my car, up Im till I called them to asked the location on my car. Their response was they are having network problems, they will call me back. I've waited for their call till today. I got their attention when I disputed my monthly payment, that's when I got their call telling me I owe Cartrack. I have logged a complaint, escalated my issue to the office of the CEO. Never received a call from any management

11 Feb 2021, 11:15Thank you for following up with my matter after a long time, I just received a call from Cartrack to schedule an appointment to come fix the problem without charging me anything. But seriously not happy my question is what if I was hijacked on the 05 Dec? And all this time was I paying for my car to be watched? Whereas they couldn't tell me where my car was at that time. So you seriously need to test the systems every week, I even afraid now.
