Cartrack

I’ve been using cartrack since 2022, I joined the company with just R99 per month for one tracker with one vehicle and I was happy, over the past few months though they have seriously dropped the ball, genuinely speaking, if you’ve got a fleet of vehicles with dashcams such as myself please understand one thing, cartrack is very good at deducting money from your bank account but they struggle to provide the service you’re paying for in time of need. I’ve had my dashcams all mysterious go offline for hours, every now and then you must call in and check your trackers (seriously go ask them what a PROOF OF TEST is or rather go find out when you try to claim vehicle loss) all this admin and they charge you for everything (upgrades are free/downgrades have cancellation fees) wow what a lovely company to protect our vehicles on the roads ❤️
