Cartrack *******
Cartrack are the biggest *******! My car was written off and they still took a debit order off my account. When I disputed it, they took it off again, but extra. After speaking to a representative I was told that they will take another debit order next month too before it will be cancelled. I've asked numerous times for the cancellation letter and they are just ignoring me. I WILL NEVER USE CARTRACK EVER AGAIN!

02 Sept 2025, 07:07I am still being harassed by Cartrack for payment after they took 2 x debit orders off of my account and I was told that they will take another off on the 25th Sep. I have cancelled this, but they are still harassing me! Guys, this company is like a leach! Even if your car is written off they take money from you. Be very careful in signing up with them!
