Cartrack

This is the worst cartrack company ever. I’m beyond disappointed. When I asked them to install a car track on my new car They reinstated my old car track account of a car I have already sold & cancelled the account and I been paying cancellation fee for. They reinstated the old account without my authorisation. Which means I now have two tracking units including the one I did not authorise and I already sold the car. When I follow up on this they Are telling me stories that they are waiting for recordings, it’s been over 3 days now since I escalated this and no one assisted me. Debit order went out today, which I disputed. I believe this is the right thing to do. My only request was simple: to install a new tracking unit to my car instead they reinstated the old account which means I now pay double. Even for a car I no longer own.

Prior to this I had to beg every single day for car track consultant to arrange for installation of car track on my new car. They would tell me about their year end functions hence it won’t be possible to install the unit sooner. When they finally do they mess it up by reinstating an old account I long cancelled. I’m beyond frustrated. Whenever I call and explain my frustration I always get transferred to a different agent; which I will then have to explain my situation from scratch, this waste not only my time but also my resources. That’s what makes me even more angry. I have escalated this to CEO but still no help at all. This is the worst tracking company. They give the impression that they only care about our money. They have lost my trust. My request was very simple. It seems most of their staff are not well trained. This can also be improved.
