Cartrack

I have an exciting contact with cartrack for a just a car tracker of which I have only few weeks since the day of installation but the unit have just worked only the first week after installation but now everything else has stopped and when I try to call them they just keep on saying I will be called back but nothing happens after that.

So am even planning to contact my lawyer to help me on trying to cancel this contract prematurely since is no longer helping me in any way.
