Cartrack

Firstly I was looking for a tracking device for my vehicle, searching the web, finding the highest rating cartracker in South Africa, which was Cartrack. Decided to do an online application, they phoned immediately, go through the process and application, explaining everything, just to find out the next day the lady gave the wrong product. There after speaking for hours to fix the problem and product, and thereafter they just add another product on the existing product that I haven't enquire about, transferring me to other sales persons to remove the product I haven't added. Everything sorted. Scheduling department: phoned arrange to install unit on the 27th December 2024 at 08h00 they will phone me 1 hour before to confirm installation. No one phoned. 08h00 came and 08h00 is gone no one arrived. Speaking to an online assistant, just to say the department will phone me. Till now no one phoned. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied. A high rated company, with bad client services, aswell as non compliant personnel, if you speak to Cartrack on WhatsApp they take hours to reply. If there Services are so poor before installing the device I don't want to know what will happen if your car is ******.
