CARTRACK

My car has been written off and I did inform CARTRACK to remove cancel the contract but they’re refusing to do so... I’m being told that I need to be over R2 000 for early cancellation!!!! Why should I pay for something that I’m not using anymore???? And on their contract there’s no clause that says “should the car be written off one will be liable for payment of early cancellation “ CARTRACK IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BECAUSE ITS NOT ANYONE’s FAULT THAT THE CAR GETS WRITTEN OFF!!!

IF YOU GUYS WHERE HONEST ENOUGH YOU SHOULD’VE INCLUDED THE CLAUSE THAT CLEARLY SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT CARS BEING WRITTEN OFF!!!!
