Cartrack 150 k GUARENTEE IS A LIE
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally escalate egregious breaches of contractual obligations, procedural negligence, and demonstrable contempt for client dignity by your organization in addressing the theft of my Toyota vehicle on October 1, 2024. Despite my exhaustive compliance with your demands and repeated attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Car Track has failed to act in good faith, honor its guarantees, or even treat me with basic professional respect. Critical Failures and Timeline of Negligence: 1. Vehicle Theft and Guarantee Activation: My vehicle was ****** on October 1, 2024, after which I immediately invoked the recovery guarantee your company aggressively markets. 2. Coerced Installation of Secondary Tracker: Car Track representatives threatened denial of coverage unless I installed a second tracking device at my own expense. I comp****, yet your organization failed to locate the vehicle, rendering this demand futile. 3. Guaranteed Payout Delay, Rejection, and Admission of Fault: o Per the contract, the guarantee payout was due within 60 working days of fulfilling my obligations (submitting documentation, installing the tracker, etc.). o Despite meeting all requirements, Mr. Johan Smith, Manager, took 90 working days—1.5 times the contractual timeframe—to issue a one-line rejection (“Claim rejected due to late submission”), falsely alleging I missed the 30-day claim window. o Admission of Administrative Failure: During a follow-up call a Car Track employee explicitly acknowledged that your team sent critical claim requirements to an incorrect email address (not one of my three registered contacts). They confirmed the claim timeline should rightfully commence from the date I received the written requirements 22 Oct not the original submission date—due to your company’s error. This admission directly contradicts Mr. Smith’s baseless rejection. 4. Post-Rejection Inaction and Disrespect: o Following my formal complaint dated March 6, 2024, your organization has taken no meaningful action to address this matter. o I received only a single, cursory phone call that lacked substance, accountability, or follow-up. No written response or resolution was provided, leaving me in limbo for over 3 weeks. o This dereliction of duty confirms Car Track disregard for its obligations and its perception of me as a client unworthy of basic professionalism. Escalation Due to Systemic Mismanagement: Your organization’s actions—coercing costly, unnecessary measures, ignoring verified communication channels, exceeding contractual timelines by 50%, admitting fault internally, dismissing valid complaints, and treating clients with contempt—constitute gross negligence, bad faith, and potential misrepresentation. Transferring this matter to your Legal Department, rather than addressing it transparently, further demonstrates a refusal to uphold contractual or ethical standards.
