Cartrack

My contract ended with cartrack, no 1 called me, that it will go on month to month, as the agent said someone will call me an explain again , how month to month works. In 2021 I was surprised that, they went into my account without any 1 called me and explain, then I dispute the amount from my bank, then they called and asked , I explain to them what's the reason I did that, and I asked for the recording.

Since then no 1 gave me a recording I asked for the recoding since October 2021, all I get are calls saying I owe them, R3900 now, And I get calls from their lawyers and their sales persons, and I did asked them the recording, I asked the recording sins last year October 2021, all those people who were calling me I asked the same thing, now they went into my account without my concerned, when I call them, they said they did send the recoding , its been months since I asked for the recording.

Now they send the half of the recoding, while I don't even hear the part of me asking about the end of the contract, and the recoding doesn't have the name name of the person, the is no introduction of where does she calls from and what is her name. Be more careful of this company called Cartrack. Now I send them email that the recoding its not full, I know , I will get the full recoding maybe next year 2023 by this time.
