Cartrack

Dear Hellopeter my review is about Cartrack. My cartrack device on my Volkswagen Tiguan began to malfunction shortly after I received it from the dealer. Following several cliches, they (Cartrack) advised that a technician would be dispatched to resolve the issue. Nothing has happened since and the device stopped working on 18 October 2021. I've sent several emails and made several phone calls, but nothing has happened. After being transferred several times, my last phone call lasted almost two hours. This is a poor service, made worse by the fact that it is provided by a company that deals with emergencies. I'm furious with Cartrack, not because of the lack of proper communication, but because I've been forced to take a risk now.
