CartmTrack Bullying
In November 2019 my home burnt down and the fire damaged my vehicle beyond economic repair. I allowed the November debit order for CarTrack to go through. I then spoke to CarTrack in January 2020 advising them that the vehicle was a write off and as such I would no longer require their services and requested immediate cancellation. Cartrack said they needed a 20 day notice period. I advised them that this was ridiculous as the car was not in my possession and therefore the 20days only served to ****** money from me. It is now 1 April 2020 they continue to debit my account (unsuccessfully) and send text messages. This is classic Big Corporate bullying me for my hard earned R139.
