Cartel track 👣 sick service

It been 18 months trying to cancel my services with them ,why cause I was told they are not picking up the signal 😑 when I asked since when they couldn't confirm 😒 when I asked what then was I paying for and from when was I not being provided the service as per our contract no answer was given,I asked the supervisor Shakeel who is their service regulater I was told Noone is...so ja this my last resort 😞 😢
