Cartack cheap premiums but cost you an arm and a leg after you sign up.

I was with Ctrack for many years and had excellent service. I have joined Cartrack this year because of their special on tracking and I must say it was the worst move I could have made. Everything you do after fitting in their tracking system costs you money. To move the device from an old vehicle to a new one cost R850. To cancel is R1700. to down grade cost R342. to change ownership cost R342 all of which sales people neglect to tell you when you sign up. In the last month I changed one of my vehicles which cost me R850 then changed ownership of one of the vehicles which is another R342 then down graded 2 vehicle for R684 total of R1876. Running a business means changing vehicles often. If you are considering moving to Cartrack think again they give you cheap prices initially but in the long run you are better off with other companies. If I stayed with Ctrack all the above wouldn't have cost me a cent. Definitely looking forward to the end of my contract with Cartrack. Other problems experienced was multiple fitments on the vehicles because it wasn't done right in the first place. their tracking system on your phone and Computer is not user friendly and you get no training to use it at all. Cant wait to leave you guys. I'm sure there are many other customers who share my disappointment.
