Cartack bad service

I have been struggling since last week and have made how many telephone calls to cartrack to do a de-installation on my old vehicle and a re-installation on my new vehicle. They were very quick to call me and debit my account with the re-installation fee but when it comes to actually do the re-installation no response . I am bound with a 3 year contract with them it that was not the case I would have move to another tracker company Their service is pathetic
