cartack

ive opted to install cartracker in my car as i was promised outstanding service i was told that i need to check my cartrack unit regular to make sure its working perfectly upon which i did on a consistant base at work and even at home to make sure it works i would remove my cars battery terminal then i would get a call to ask if its a emergency or what is happening upon which i would reply that im testing my unit on the 13th july someone broke into our yard and forced open my cars bonnet and cut the battery terminals no call was received from cartract that day i reported it the next day as to which cartracks departments thru it from mainenace to techinac service and then eventually blamed me as a client they told me there was a powerloss and i should have tested the unit the next day i received a sms from cartract telling me my subscription will incease as off next monyt then they said the uit is faulty and will send out a repair guy the technition send me sms that he is on his way the weds and never came all i want is out of this contract as it means nothing to me if i do my part as per contract by testing it
