Carrack is a ****
My car wa bought with a complimentary car tracker for 12 months, after 12 months, carrack started deducting money from my account. I was told that I have to pay R870 for cancellation of a contract I never joined. Their call centre agent level of arrogance is unmatched, they will harass you for days for your own money.
