Car written off.

My car was written off by the insurance last year October, I called car track for the reports that the insurance. After the insurance had written of my car, car track told me I still need to continue paying for the service , even though I don't have a car anymore. Because I was still traumatized, I let it. This year August I called them about the same issue, the lady I spoke to told me that I was supposed to tell them to come and remove the device on the car before the insurance took it. I told her that I called not once to tell them that the car has been written off. She told me that she will listen to the recordings and get back to me. Till today she still getting back to me.
