Car Written Off But CarTrack wants Cancellation Fee

CarTrack is really a ****. I have 2 vehicles installed with car track. My wife was in an accident and we just found out that the car will be written off. When I cancel the track because the car is gone. I have to pay a cancellation fee.

How is it that I have to pay a cancellation when the reason for terminating is that the car is written off. This is not by choice and CarTrack still wants to benefit.
