Car Watch Alert Useless

I have been saying there's something very very very wrong with the unit in my car or either your system don't work particularly car watch, I've just been woken up now by a call & ended up talking to a lady by the name of Princess Moela, what's triggering the car watch randomly? With no1 starting the car, sometimes it will trigger even when alert is switched off, sometimes i switch it on and it switches off on it's and still trigger a random call. The lady i spoke to only had a solution of rebooting the unit as well the other people i spoke to previously their solution was rebooting a unit. I want a permanent solution or come get your unit I'll get another tracking company!
