CAR TRACT

On Saturday 24 July 2021 at 01:55 I made a call to Cartrack for them to locate my car . Till today I haven't received any information from them . What is worse is that they couldn't even tell me when last did they see my car on their network even the last time it was in motion. Am just asking myself that if they cant find my car on a random day will they be able to help me when am hijacked in future . A lot of people are complaining that tracker cant locate their cars , but the most important question we should be asking ourselves is that are we paying for a service or are we just throwing our money every month. I wonder how many people has cartrack been able to find their cars am sure its 0.01% of their customers . Their system is not efficient and its not working . I know someone who was hijacked and till today they haven't located his car they don't even want to pay the R150 00.00 they promised when he signed up with them. Obvious the is always a catch the is always fine print that we not reading. Cartrack system is not working and we busy throwing our monies in the drain . Till today NO ONE has told me where my car is and am still patiently waiting for a service am paying every month . Value for money we throwing our money down the drain .
