The service is good, but the problem is how the contracts handled. There is no clarity, and it feels like one is ******* into the month-on-month contract which is a win for Cartracker. There should be prompts of something warning clients about the end of the contract. Due to this issue, one is left with a sour taste. Vuyani Eland was professional about my frustrations though.
