Car tracker who doing a daylite ******* to me

I had a polo and I put a tracker to it last year then this year I sold my car and bought another 1 I phoned car track asking them that can they remove the tracker to the car then install it to the one I have now but what happened they install new one to the car and now I'm paying a tracker on the car that I have and I heard this from them that option is d and Re and I'll pay 800 for that I've said it's fine one of their clients called me I've explain then he said he will go and investigate and here in May lady said they will go and listen to the call record till now I'm still waiting for them to come back it's expensive to pay something that you don't own
