Car tracker unit seems not work

Am worried, if the app shows my car not where it is and car always on even when it’s off and I can’t use my car watch function what will happen when they need to track my car incases when it’s ****** etc??? Am I getting value for money? Is this unit working ??? I have called and emailed and no one gets back to me

Are you people sure that as I make payment you will be able to give me the service am paying for?
