Car Tracker Road assistance

I am very disappointed with the service I received, I called for road side assistance and I was not assisted, my first call was at 10:27 how difficult it is to get assistance for such a small thing. My car battery was flat I explained this and asked to be jumped started.

This his highly disappointing and frustrating. The call center agents took me back and forth like an idiot.

The service provider only arrived at 14:30, I had to call a friend to come and assist while I am paying for the service.

This was the worst service I have ever received in my life.
