Car tracker rejected recovery Warranty claim

My car got ****** few months ago, I had a cartracker device in my vehicle, the agent of car tracker advised to take an expensive option because she said it has a recovery warranty, had no problem because my business was risky, all my cars I fitted them with car tracker, I lost my car ,car tracker called me to tell me that something is happening with my car I should check it all to find out it was ******, they sent a back up to look for the car, unfortunately they removed the devices, I have in touch with a cartracker agent telling me they will get back to me they still searching for the car, one mont was gone, I had to claim insurance, after that claim the car tracker recovery warranty, insurance claim was successfully, they were even helping me with the claim,I had to struggle to get in touch with claims department of cat tracker, I finally put a claim the rejected the claim saying I didn't claim in writing within a month, how do I claim if you still looking for a car???? Secondly if you see that you not finding the car,why don't you advise me to put a claim? They also said I wasn't checking the device if it's working, I remember my other car had a problem 2 months before this one got ******, whenever I encounter such problems I check all vehicles because it's a business fleet, I feel car tracker should stop promising recovery warranty and remove it from their adverts, I will expose them ,I need my recovery warranty.
