Car Tracker ****med Me

They sold me a drive cam which was meant to be pay R200 and after our call ended, the consultant decided to add storage without my concerned which is R900. I called their head office requesting for a call recording which was provided, and it also proves that I was ******. But their account department they can't fix those arrears instead they keep saying I owe them and they don't even wanna listen to their own call recording.

Siphesihle from car track escalated the matter to management and Forwarded me the mail trail but no one has bothered to engage with me. Instead I'm being called by different people everyday telling me about arrears.
