Car tracker is useless

This car tracker is a **** I installed it last month but still I can't see my car on the app I have complained about it and they seems not to care I also installed Matrix it's working perfectly they are sending me messages and I can see my car as for car tracker it's useless they haven't called me on the high risks zones or anything and I have been trying to get hold to them but still they ignore me, the app is useless and the workers are also useless because they keep on transferring me to different people who still can't help me!
