CAR TRACKER IS ****MING ME

I write with a painful heart . I subscribed at car track for a tracking policy for my vehicle I bought November 2022 and January car tracker started debiting. I was happy because everything was going as planned. Then August 2023 a second account that I didn’t approve started debiting from my bank account and it was from car track and when I want them to to cancel it and refund what they have debited they refuse to cancel my account. I am now rated as a bad payer at clear score because I do not want to pay what they say I owe them.
