Car tracker is a ****!!!

This must be the worst tracking company I’ve ever joined. What bugs me the most is that car tracker never even mentioned the terms and conditions when joining it. If car tracker had been honest with their customers from day one when joining their insurance I bet no one would’ve joined it, that’s how they **** people. I insured both my bmw and polo Vivo under car track then last year I sold my polo and then told them I needed to cancel it and then they told me that I have to pay R2k for cancellation and that I have to go back to VW and ask for the new owners information in order to cancel, imagine such nonsense to a point where my daughter even told them that there’s no way I’m suppose to do that. Now that my husband has pensioned I called to cancel the bmw as well which is currently under my name because he’s unable to make the payments since he’s a pensioner and on my side I can’t afford to pay for it as well. And I’ve explained this multiple times to hundreds and thousands of these agents from car tracker. Now they are telling me that I need to pay R4k for cancellation. Car tracker is such a ****. I speak to different agents every single day who promise to send me emails of cancellation till today I’m still waiting for those emails and for my husbands car to be cancelled. I’d advise anyone Not to join this nonsense!
